Summary
CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full-time, on-site Sr Management Analyst in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and will perform the following duties/responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of technical reports.
- Maintain, edit, and ensure proper markings, formatting and presentation of technical documents.
- Track submittal of documents to STINFO for review and publication in DTIC repository.
- Prepare and ensure completion of forms associated with final report submittal.
- Leads R&D Case File Management.
- Provide support to maintain, initiate, transfer, close out, and retire R&D case files in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain spreadsheets to provide status on Work Unit Metrics.
- Provide Financial Management support to Division.
- Generate, coordinate, and track purchasing requests and other funding documents.
- Maintain funding profiles for active contracts.
- Enter/manipulate/retrieve information/data in the various databases used within the Division.
- CCaR, WAWF, WU App, SharePoint
- Coordinate tours
- Providing administrative and clerical support.
- Coordinate and interface with S&E to provide support and assistance on a variety of processes and financial requirements.
- Track division suspenses.
- Aid Division Management Team with preparing, tracking, and executing PMRs.
- The duties of this position will also include the participation, possibly in both writing and review, in the bid and proposal process for CreekTech's continued work in government contracting. This participation will be on an as-needed and as-requested basis by personnel in the Business Development department, within corporate, and/or within the supervisory chain of this position. This position's inclusion in the bid and proposal process is vital to the understanding of duties, responsibilities, tools and function of the position and to proper conveyance for CreekTech's past performance.

Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in CCaR and the Work Unit App
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
Education
Associate Degree in Business/Management or similar discipline preferred
Experience
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Report editing for format.
- Data entry
Clearance
Current Secret clearance preferred, but at a minimum must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance as required.
Salary Range
